If the cordless vacuum cleaner has lost its suction power, first check that the floor brush and telescopic rod are not clogged. （This cordless vacuum cleaner has its own switch-off protection function. When the floor brush is blocked, the LED light automatically turns off to prevent the motor from overheating, the motor stops and the vacuum cleaner stops working. This is a normal protection phenomenon, and the problem can be solved after you clean the floor brush.）
The HEPA filter must be replaced every 2-3 months so as not to impair the normal use of the vacuum cleaner. If the HEPA filter is not replaced for a longer period of time, dust will enter the motor, resulting in noise or reduced suction power.

It’s summertimes and Princess, my German Shepherd, is shedding like crazy. My robot vacuums do a pretty good job on the hard floors, but they’re not so great on the carpet, and of course, they can’t go after the hair under and behind the furniture. My days of dragging out the big, heavy vacuum cleaner are gone now that I have the authmic Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. It’s versatile and easy to use. I love how lightweight it is because I have back issues. Princess loves it because I’m not complaining about the fur all over the place!
After getting it out of the box, i charged it for a few hours and started vacuuming. I have laminate floors all over the house and a couple of areas in the garage with very thin carpet.
I started vacuuming with the slow speed first on the laminate floors and it was doing wonderful. It was picking up everything with no issues. Then I hit the thin carpet in the garage and switched it to high speed.
Love it! It has great suction, really gets up ALL the dog hair fabulously. Very lightweight would be great for older kids to use for chores/seniors

I bought this vacuum for quick clean ups. It works great! Love that it is cordless, free standing and switching heads is easy. I can vacuum my whole 1st floor on one charge( bought for the it floor) and still have plenty of battery. The easily shortened extension make vacuuming the coaches easy. It is also very quiet Love it!
